| • 10% discount given for rentals of 4 weeks or longer |
• Rates may be subject to change and do not include taxes |
| • Cancellations: 60 days advance notice is required for full refund |
• Security Deposit: Additional $100 refundable deposit required |
| • $35 Administrative Fee in addition to rent, taxes and security deposit |
• Reservation Deposit: 25% of total rent; $350 minimum deposit |
| Office Hours: Monday through Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm |
Check-in Instructions: Check-in is 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Saturday
Guests arriving after 5:00pm or on Sunday, must contact Pelicans Roost in advance to receive special check-in instructions.
